Human primary cells associated with the motion system include bone cells (osteoblasts, osteocytes, osteoclasts), chondrocytes, synoviocytes, and skeletal muscle cells. These primary cells are isolated from human bone, joint, or skeletal muscle tissues, which constitute the motion system to achieve body supporting, motion control, muscle contraction, organ protection, and other functions. Common diseases of the sports system include Rheumatoid Arthritis, Disc Herniation, Gout and so on.
