Description | B-Lymphoblastoid cell lines (B-LCL) are perpetually replicating B cell lines, originating from native B lymphocytes, that undergo transformation through Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection. These cell lines, established from peripheral blood samples, closely mimic activated B lymphocytes in terms of surface-expressed CD antigens.
