How are Porcine Cardiac Fibroblasts characterized?
AcceGen characterizes Porcine Cardiac Fibroblast by immunofluorescence staining of α-SMA .
-
What is the passage limit for BKS DB Mouse Skeletal Muscle Microvascular Endothelial Cells?
These cells can be passaged 3-5 times.
-
What is the passage limit for Aged Mouse Bone Marrow-Derived Endothelial Cells?
These cells can be passaged 3-5 times.
-
What is the maximum passage number for Bovine Muscle Satellite Cells?
Under recommended conditions, these cells can be passaged 3-5 times at a split ratio of 1:2 . However, proliferation capacity varies between different donors.
-
What is the recommended bacterial infection protocol for Human Vaginal Epithelial Cells?
When preparing the bacterial inoculum, the bacterial concentration should be adjusted to achieve an appropriate multiplicity of infection (MOI). Before the experiment, Human Vaginal Epithelial Cells should be cultured to approximately 85% confluence. Additionally, attention should be paid to the culture medium, particularly whether antibiotics are included and whether these antibiotics could affect bacterial growth.
-
How are Human Kidney Podocyte Cells tested?
These cells are tested using immunofluorescence staining and qPCR.
-
How are Human Kidney Podocyte Cells isolated?
AcceGen's podocytes are isolated using the FACS method. Kidney tissue is first processed to remove unwanted components, followed by filtration to collect the filtrate. The filtrate is then passed through filters of different pore sizes to collect the Kidney Podocyte Cells, which are subsequently resuspendedin the specialized culture medium, plated, and identified using immunofluorescence staining.
-
Will my primary cell vial be 100% pure?
Primary cells are never 100% pure, but we try to make the cells as pure as possible.
-
What passage number would endothelial primary cells be?
You will receive endothelial cells from passages 2 or 3, depending on cell purity.
-
How many passages can a normal primary cell take?
It depends on the cell type, refer to the manual for details. Primary endothelial cells can be expanded 3-7 passages by the split ratio of 1:2 under the cell culture conditions specified by AcceGen.
