Description

AceSeq™ DNA/RNA/microRNA Kit is suitable for the rapid simultaneous extraction and separation of genomic DNA and RNA including miRNA from the same animal cell or tissue sample. The unique lysate rapidly lyses cells and inactivates cellular RNA/DNase, then the lysis mixture DNA/RNA/miRNA passes through a genomic DNA adsorption column simultaneously, genomic DNA is adsorbed and miRNA/RNA permeabilized. The genomic DNA on the DNA adsorption column undergoes a series of washing-centrifugation elution to obtain pure genomic DNA. After the filtered miRNA/RNA was adjusted to the binding conditions with ethanol, the RNA/miRNA is selectively adsorbed on the RNA/miRNA adsorption column in a high-salt state, and then the purified RNA/miRNA is obtained by a series of rapid washing-centrifugation elution. The obtained RNA/miRNA does not require DNase digestion, and can be directly used in reverse transcription PCR, fluorescence quantitative PCR and other experiments. Genomic DNA can also be directly used for downstream Southern, enzyme digestion, PCR and other experiments.
