| Description | AceSeq™ PolyA Spin mRNA Isolation Kit is developed for rapidly isolating mRNA from various eukaryotic cell lysates. The poly(A)+ RNA is subjected to affinity chromatography through spin columns that are prepacked with AcceGen’s Oligo(dT)25-cellulose beads. The cellulose beads have high binding capacity and super binding force, which are the best choice for affinity chromatography of ploy(A)+ RNA. And the intact mRNA can be obtained whitin 40 minutes.
