| Description |
AceSeq™ Tissue/Cell DNA Kit is designed to rapidly extract DNA from various animal cell or tissue samples. The unique binding solution and proteinase K are used to rapidly lyse cells and inactivate intracellular nucleases, and then genomic DNA is selectively adsorbed to the silicon matrix membrane in the spin column in a high-salt state. The cell metabolites, proteins and other impurities are removed through a series of rapid rinse-centrifugation steps, inhibitor removal solution and rinse solution. Finally, the purified genomic DNA is eluted from the silicon matrix membrane with a low-salt elution buffer. AceSeq™ Tissue/Cell DNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality DNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use. |
