Description

AceSeq™ High Purity Circulating DNA Kit (Negative Pressure Method) is suitable for cell-free DNA extraction from fresh or frozen serum, plasma, amniotic fluid, urine and other cell-free body fluids. This kit uses an adsorption column that can specifically bind nucleic acids and a unique buffer system. After the sample is lysed, the cell-free DNA is bound to the silica membrane under high salt conditions, and the cell-free DNA is washed from the silica membrane under low salt and high pH values. This kit uses a negative pressure method and is equipped with an extension tube, which can process up to 5ml of samples. The purified DNA has high yield and good quality, and maximizes the removal of protein, pigment, lipid and other inhibitory impurities. The purified cell-free DNA has stable and reliable quality, and can be directly used in molecular biology experiments such as PCR, fluorescence quantitative PCR and next-generation sequencing.
