AcceGen Respiratory System Primary Cells

The respiratory system consists of nose, pharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchus, and lung. The function of the respiratory system is gas exchange. After the air enters the alveoli from the respiratory tract, the oxygen in the air enters the blood of the capillaries from the alveoli and is transported to the whole body through the circulatory system to provide oxygen for the whole body tissue cells. At the same time, carbon dioxide produced by tissue metabolism is also transported through blood circulation and discharged from the body through the respiratory system. Common respiratory diseases include chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, lung cancer, pulmonary diffuse interstitial fibrosis, etc. AcceGen offers 30 different types of primary cells associated with the respiratory system.
