| Description | AceSeq™ Trizol RNA Kit is suitable for extraction of RNA from various tissue or cell samples. The Trizol used in this kit has superior lysis ability and extraction sensitivity. Combined with the special adsorption membrane used in the kit, the yield of RNA is greatly enhanced. The total RNA obtained generally does not contain RNAs of less than 200 nt, such as siRNA, snRNA, 5.8S rRNA, 5S rRNA, and tRNAs. The obtained RNA has good purity and high integrity, and can be used for Northern blot, Dot blot, poly A screening, in vitro translation, RNase protection analysis and molecular cloning.
