Description

HighQC™ Human IPSC-Derived Neural Stem Cells (NSCs) are differentiated from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs), which are reprogrammed from human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs). The derived NSCs are characterized by immunofluorescent staining for Nestin and SOX2. Under specific conditions, they can differentiate into functional neurons, astrocytes, and oligodendrocytes. These cells serve as standard controls for disease models and are widely used in studies of neurodevelopment, neurotoxicity testing, and compound screening platforms. They provide a reliable and scalable system for central nervous system-related research. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
