Immortalized Human Orbital Fibroblasts are derived from orbital connective tissue of a healthy donor and immortalized using the SV40 immortalization method.
The cells are recommended to be cultured in fibroblast growth medium under standard conditions. No coating is required for routine culture, and cells are typically passaged when reaching 70–80% confluency.
Quality control characterization includes pathogen screening and Vimentin immunofluorescence staining, confirming the fibroblast phenotype.
