HighQC™ Human Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Expressing OCT3/4 demonstrates early pluripotent characteristics, supports reprogramming and differentiation studies.
HighQC™ Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells-Expressing OCT3/4 are mesenchymal stem cells derived from bone marrow aspirates of healthy donors and genetically engineered to ectopically express OCT3/4. These cells retain classical mesenchymal properties, including typical fibroblast-like morphology, adherent growth pattern, and exhibit enhanced potential for trilineage differentiation into osteoblasts, chondrocytes, and adipocytes in vitro. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells-Expressing OCT3/4 enable studies of mesenchymal lineage commitment mechanisms and serve as a disease-agnostic platform for musculoskeletal regeneration research, particularly in modeling osteogenic/chondrogenic differentiation for osteoporosis and cartilage repair therapies. They provide a physiologically relevant model to investigate OCT3/4-mediated molecular pathways in tumorigenesis and drug resistance mechanisms within somatic cancers, facilitating target identification and therapeutic screening.
