Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are well-characterized population of adult stem cells. Bone marrow derived.
HighQC™ Human Mesenchymal Stem Cell–Bone Marrow (HMSC-Bm) are derived from adult human bone marrow mononuclear cells obtained from a single donor. These spindle-shaped, plastic-adherent cells express classical MSC markers. HMSC-Bm demonstrate trilineage differentiation into adipogenic, chondrogenic, and osteogenic lineages under appropriate conditions. They secrete immunoregulatory and trophic factors that support tissue repair and hematopoietic niche function. Karyotype stability, high clonogenicity, and robust proliferation make them widely applicable in tissue engineering, immune modulation, and orthopedic regeneration research. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Mesenchymal Stem Cell–Bone Marrow are extensively used in bone and cartilage tissue engineering, immune cell co-culture models, and stem cell-based regenerative assays. Their multilineage differentiation and secretory activity support applications in bone defect modeling, inflammation suppression, and osteoarthritis drug screening. These cells are also used in studies of MSC–HSC interactions, immunomodulatory therapies, and scaffold-based tissue regeneration systems.
