Human Bone Marrow Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hBM-MSCs) are multipotent stromal cells isolated from human bone marrow. These cells exhibit a spindle-shaped, fibroblast-like morphology and grow as an adherent monolayer under standard culture conditions. They express MSC surface markers, including CD73, CD90, and CD105. Karyotype analysis confirms a normal diploid genome with high genetic stability across multiple passages. Functionally, hBM-MSCs possess robust differentiation potential and can give rise to osteogenic, chondrogenic, and adipogenic lineages under lineage-specific induction. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells are widely used in preclinical and clinical research for treating bone and cartilage defects, such as osteoarthritis and critical-sized bone fractures, owing to their strong osteogenic and chondrogenic differentiation capacity. Additionally, their ability to suppress inflammatory responses and promote tissue repair makes them promising candidates for autoimmune diseases. They are also commonly utilized alongside mesenchymal stem cell supplements in advanced research systems, and are available for researchers seeking to buy mesenchymal stem cells for experimental applications.
