Description

AceSeq™ Blood RNA Kit provides a specific nucleic acid binding silicon-based material and a unique buffer system for extracting RNA directly from anticoagulated whole blood. There is no need to use erythrocyte lysate to avoid RNA degradation. The operation is simple and safe, without using toxic reagents such as phenol and chloroform, and the process can be completed within 40 minutes. The obtained RNA OD260/OD280 ratio is generally about 2.0, which can be directly used for RT-PCR, Northern Blot, spot hybridization and other experiments.
