Description

AceSeq™ AG-Transfect-Star is a novel polymer-based transfection reagent with high efficiency. It can be used in plasmid DNA transfection across a broad range of cell types and can be partially used in siRNA and miRNA oligo transfection in vitro. The polymer is oriented in a highly uniform structure. Such structure allows rapid and uniform carriage of RNA, DNA, and other nucleic acids, leading to an optimum transfection outcome with high reproducibility, uniformity and low toxicity. AG-Transfect-Star demonstrates superior transfection efficiency, cell survival rate and lower toxicity compared with other transfection reagents. It can be widely used for transient and stable transfection, which is beneficial for downstream research in protein expression and gene function.
