These T cells recognize a peptide from glycoprotein D1 of Herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Anti HSV T Cells are human T cells isolated from peripheral blood, representing an immune cell product derived from individuals with Herpes Simplex virus (HSV) exposure. Following the primary culture, these cells are cryopreserved. They play a critical role in the human immune defense against HSV, helping to control and resolve infections. In vitro, these cells exhibit limited proliferative capacity, and repeated freezing and thawing during culture should be avoided. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Anti HSV T Cells can be used as an in vitro model to investigate virus-specific T cell responses against herpes simplex virus (HSV). These cells are ideal for studying antiviral immunity, latency control, and T cell memory formation. They can also be applied in the evaluation of HSV vaccine efficacy, adoptive immunotherapy strategies, and immune checkpoint interactions in viral infection models.
