Purified CD3+ are isolated from PBMC, include CD4+ and CD8+ subsets.
CD3+ T Cells are isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and include both CD4+ and CD8+ subsets. Following the primary culture, these cells are cryopreserved. CD3+ T cells play a central role in the immune system, particularly in cell-mediated immunity. They express the CD3 protein complex on their surface, which is critical for T cell activation and signal transduction. These cells are essential in cancer immunotherapy, especially in CAR-T cell therapy, where T cells are engineered to target tumor cells. Additionally, CD3+ T cells contribute to defense against infections by recognizing and eliminating pathogens. In vitro, these cells exhibit limited proliferative capacity, and repeated freezing and thawing during culture should be avoided. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
