Description

DAB2 Knockout Cell Lysate is derived from DAB2 Knockout cell lines such as HeLa and HEK293 which were usually generated via CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing. This lysate was prepared in RIPA buffer from knockout clones, validated either at gene level or protein level by PCR, Sanger Sequencing or Western Blot.assay, Each batch of DAB2 Knockout Cell Lysate includes parental cell lysate as a control to ensure experimental consistency. Customized DAB2 knockout cell lysate are available using customer-specified or provided host cells.

Target
The adaptor molecule disabled-2 (DAB2) gene encodes DAB2 protein. It functions as a multifunctional adaptor by recruiting cargoes to clathrin-coated pits independent of AP-2, regulating TGF-β/SMAD2 and Wnt/β-catenin signaling through stabilization of β-catenin destruction complexes, and suppressing tumorigenesis via ERK/SRC inhibition and LRP6 endocytosis. DAB2 localizes to clathrin-coated pits and plasma membranes.
