Description

AcceGen provides Diseased Human Lung Fibroblasts isolated from adult asthma donors, which are cryopreserved at passage 2 with 0.5 million cells in each vial. Primary lung fibroblasts are spindle-shaped cells. The cells have the applications in the research of microbial (e.g., viral, bacterial) infection and pathogenesis, airway inflammation and wound healing, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic bronchitis, toxicology, and testing of pharmaceuticals.
