Description

mBMECs were isolated from E18 embryonic brain cortex microvessels of Balb/C mouse and transformed by transfected with SV40 middle T-antigen. GFP-mBMECs were selected puromycin resistant mBMECs from GFP-expressing lentiviral particle. The cells are shipped in frozen vials(the cells are provided at passage 6) transfected mAECs. The cells are shipped in proliferating culture with >90 confluence (the cells are provided at passage 4-6). DMEM containing 20% FBS is recommended for cell culture.
