HighQC™ Fetal Liver Mesenchymal Stem Cell supports hematopoietic niche modeling, stromal differentiation, and regenerative medicine from fetal origin.
HighQC™ Fetal Liver Mesenchymal Stem Cells (FL-MSCs) are derived from mononuclear cells obtained from human fetal liver tissue. These cells exhibit a characteristic spindle-shaped, adherent morphology, proliferate rapidly in culture, and form homogeneous fibroblast-like populations. FL-MSCs retain self-renewal capacity and demonstrate higher proliferative potential compared to adult-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs). They are positive for mesenchymal markers (CD73, CD90, CD105). In addition, FL-MSCs show multipotent differentiation potential toward adipogenic, osteogenic, and chondrogenic lineages under directed differentiation conditions. FL-MSCs exhibit enhanced immunomodulatory properties, such as a stronger capacity to inhibit T lymphocyte proliferation, compared to adult MSCs. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Fetal Liver Mesenchymal Stem Cells (FL-MSCs), a human fetal hepatic MSC line, are widely used in liver regeneration research, hepatocyte differentiation studies, and disease modeling of hepatic disorders. Their high proliferative ability and multilineage potential support applications in bone and cartilage repair, immune tolerance studies, and transplantation research. Additionally, FL-MSCs serve as a platform for hepatotoxicity testing and metabolic disease modeling. Their developmental origin and robust expansion make them suitable for long-term culture systems and drug screening platforms requiring consistent mesenchymal characteristics.
