HighQC™ Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells, From urine of individuals are generated non-invasively from epithelial cells isolated from the urine of healthy donors using integration-free reprogramming techniques. These iPSCs express key pluripotency markers such as OCT4, NANOG, SSEA4, and TRA-1-60, maintain a normal karyotype, and possess the potential to differentiate into multiple cell types including neurons, cardiomyocytes, and hepatocytes. Each batch undergoes rigorous quality control, including sterility, mycoplasma, and pluripotency verification. Additionally, no viral contamination from HIV-1, HIV-2, HTLV-I, or HTLV-II has been detected.
