Induced Pluriopotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) Parkinson's Disease Donor
HighQC™ Human IPS Cells (Parkinson’s Disease) exhibit typical human pluripotent stem cell characteristics, including a compact colony structure with defined edges and a high nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio. These cells are generated by transducing four transcription factors, Oct3/4, Sox2, Klf4, and c-Myc, into somatic cells of clinically diagnosed PD patients using integration-free methods. Molecular characterization confirms the expression of key pluripotency markers such as OCT4, SOX2, NANOG, SSEA4 and TRA-1-60. They possess broad differentiation potential, enabling differentiation into all embryonic germ layers, including ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.
