Description

HighQC™ human iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes are highly functional myocardial models differentiated from integration-free, healthy human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs). These cells exhibit exceptional cardiac specificity, making them ideal for cardiac biology research. When cultured at the recommended density, they consistently express key cardiac markers, including cardiac troponin T (cTnT) and sarcomeric α-actin. The cardiomyocyte population is characterized by flow cytometry-based quantification of cTNT-positive cells. Rigorous quality control confirms the absence of viral contaminants (HIV-1, HIV-2, HTLV-I, and HTLV-II), ensuring safety and reliability for research applications.
