Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells-derived monocytes enable research applications traditionally performed with primary CD14+ monocytes. These cells can be differentiated into functionally active macrophages and dendritic cells. They are useful for assays such as MAT, drug development, toxicity screening, and cancer immunology experiments. Large numbers of cell vials can be obtained from a single donor.
