Uncover the potential of HighQC™ Human iPSC-Derived Motor Neuron Progenitors for innovative research in neurobiology and regenerative medicine.
HighQC™ Human iPSC-Derived Motor Neuron Progenitors are made from iPSCs generated from donor’s pulmonary fibroblasts. These cells represent early-stage motor neuron Progenitors (MNPs) with the capacity to further differentiate into mature motor neurons (mMNs). The mature motor neurons (mMN) obtained through differentiation express motor neuron-specific markers (such as HB9, MAP2, LIM3, and ChAT2) and exhibit motor neuron electrophysiological activity. They are suitable for in vitro research and cell transplantation studies in disease model animals. The cells are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast and Bacteria.

Human iPSC-Derived Motor Neuron Progenitors have been specifically developed for use in in vitro disease modeling and drug discovery. This cell line is widely used for disease modeling, particularly suited for neurodegenerative diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Its rapid differentiation capability into human motor neurons unlocks the benefits of iPSC technology for in vitro neuromuscular disease modeling.
