HighQC™ Human IPSC From B-Lymphocyte-Apparently Healthy Individual is a human induced pluripotent stem cell line generated from B-lymphocytes isolated from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of a healthy donor. The cells serve as ideal controls for stem cell and developmental mechanism studies. The resulting iPSCs (induced pluripotent stem cells) exhibit adherent growth with a high nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio. They retain the fundamental capacity for trilineage differentiation into cell types of the ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm germ layers. These cells express the core pluripotency marker SSEA-4. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

HighQC™ Human IPSC From B-Lymphocyte-Apparently Healthy Individual serves as a critical genetically normal control for in vitro developmental and disease modeling. Its pluripotent capacity enables differentiation into diverse lineages such as neurons, cardiomyocytes, and hepatocytes, providing baseline data for comparative studies. This line is essential for validating gene-editing protocols, investigating fundamental developmental pathways, and serving as a standard for organoid generation and compound screening assays against disease-specific models.
