Human IPSC From Fibroblast
HighQC™ Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) From Fibroblasts are pluripotent stem cells generated from normal human skin fibroblasts. Morphologically, these cells display tight colony boundaries, high nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratios, and clonal growth patterns. Reprogramming was performed using episomal vectors, which transiently express key human transcription factors OCT4, SOX2, KLF4, and c-MYC to initiate the reprogramming process. These iPSCs exhibit pluripotency, with the ability to differentiate into all three germ layers under defined conditions, and express the pluripotency marker SSEA-4. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

HighQC™ Human IPSCs From Fibroblasts provide a robust and reproducible in vitro model for studies in human pluripotency, early developmental processes, and lineage specification, maintained in iPSC medium. These cells are widely used in directed differentiation protocols to generate ectodermal, mesodermal, and endodermal cell types, supporting research in neural, cardiac, hepatic, and other developmental lineages. In addition, they serve as a valuable platform for gene function analysis, epigenetic regulation studies, and cellular reprogramming research, as well as for evaluating differentiation efficiency, signaling pathway modulation, and transcriptional network dynamics.
