HighQC™ Human iPSC Line (RNA, Fibroblast) is a human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line generated using RNA reprogramming technology. This method utilizes specific RNA molecules (instead of DNA plasmids or viral vectors) to deliver reprogramming factors into fibroblasts, converting them into pluripotent stem cells. The RNA reprogramming approach has the advantage of avoiding genomic integration, thus minimizing the risk of genomic instability and oncogenic mutations. The resulting iPSCs exhibit typical human embryonic stem cell characteristics, including high nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio and expression of pluripotency markers such as OCT4, SOX2, NANOG, SSEA-4, and TRA-1-60. This cell line is validated for ensuring genetic stability, mycoplasma-free status, and high purity.
