HighQC™ Human iPSC From PBMC are a type of induced pluripotent stem cell. Use the efficient and safe Sendai method to generate non-integrated human iPS cells. HiPSCs are cultured in a human pluripotent stem cell culture system that is free of feeder layers, has clear chemical composition, and is free of animal-derived components, making them suitable for clinical stem cell research and applications. HiPSCs can proliferate rapidly and stably over a long period of time in a human pluripotent stem cell culture system, have a clonal morphology and gene expression that is highly similar to human ES cells, maintain a normal karyotype for a long period of time, and have the potential for three germ layer differentiation in vivo and in vitro.
