Human Neuronal Progenitor Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human Neuronal Progenitor Stem Cells are neural progenitor cells derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). These cells display a characteristic bipolar, elongated neuroepithelial progenitor morphology and are capable of clonal expansion. They express key neural progenitor markers including Nestin, PAX6, and SOX2, which confirm their commitment to the neural lineage. Demonstrating their multipotency, they can differentiate into neurons, astrocytes, and oligodendrocytes under defined conditions. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Neuronal Progenitor Stem Cells are optimized for use in studies of neurodevelopment, neuroinflammation, and neural differentiation pathways. Their stable phenotype and high differentiation potential make them valuable tools for modeling neurological diseases such as schizophrenia, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and multiple sclerosis. These cells are also well-suited for high-throughput neurotoxicity assays, functional screening, and drug discovery workflows. They support long-term culturing, enabling extended observation of cell fate and signaling events in vitro.
