Human Pancreatic transdifferentiated from Human Cord Blood derived Stem Cell;
HighQC™ Human Pancreatic Differentiation from Human Stem Cells represents a lineage-converted population tailored for pancreatic research and regenerative applications. These cells are derived from multipotent stem cells isolated from human cord blood. During maturation, they may organize into compact, islet-like clusters. These human pancreatic differentiation cells express pancreatic lineage-associated markers including pancreatic and duodenal homeobox 1, neurogenin 3, insulin, glucagon, and somatostatin, and can be induced in vitro toward pancreatic endocrine cell types such as insulin-producing beta-like cells, glucagon-producing alpha-like cells, and somatostatin-producing delta-like cells. Functionally, these cells exhibit endocrine potential, particularly the ability to generate insulin-expressing β-like cells under maturation conditions. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Pancreatic Differentiation From Human Stem Cells provide a research system for investigating pancreatic development and functional maturation. These cells are used to study molecular mechanisms involved in β-cell lineage specification, developmental regulation, and insulin-related cellular processes. They also support experimental compound evaluation and functional assessment in vitro, facilitating studies of cellular responses and pathway-level regulation in pancreatic research models. These cells represent Stem cell-derived pancreatic cells, including populations such as Human iPSC-derived pancreatic progenitors, further supporting studies of pancreatic lineage commitment and differentiation.
