Mouse Pancreatic Trans-Differentiated Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Mouse Pancreatic Trans-Differentiated Stem Cells are generated by direct lineage reprogramming of adult mouse pancreatic acinar cells. These murine trans-differentiated stem cells display epithelial-like morphology and express hallmark markers of endocrine progenitors and β-cells, including insulin, Nkx6.1, and Sox9. Karyotyping confirms chromosomal stability, and the cells demonstrate limited proliferative capacity, suitable for short- to mid-term studies. These stem-like cells retain the ability to differentiate into insulin-producing beta-like cells and ductal epithelial cells under defined culture conditions. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Mouse Pancreatic Trans-Differentiated Stem Cells are optimized for diabetes and regenerative research, providing a unique in vitro surrogate for native β-cell regeneration. They are ideal for investigating cell lineage plasticity, endocrine differentiation dynamics, and insulin secretion pathways. Researchers utilize this model to screen small molecules or growth factors that enhance β-cell identity or functionality and they mimic the regenerative response following pancreatic injury or metabolic stress.
