Rabbit Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells are derived from the tibias of New Zealand Whit Rabbit.
HighQC™ Rabbit Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells are mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) isolated from the bone marrow of healthy rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus). These cells exhibit a characteristic fibroblast-like morphology and grow as an adherent monolayer on plastic surfaces during in vitro culture. The bone marrow cells undergo successful differentiation into adipocytes and osteoblasts, demonstrating adipogenic and osteogenic potential when cultured in appropriate inductive differentiation media. Their predictable morphology, marker profile, and differentiation behavior make them a reliable tool for both basic and translational MSC research. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Rabbit Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells are applied in studies of bone defect repair and scaffold integration. These cells also function as in vitro models for osteochondral regeneration research, particularly in evaluating chondrogenic differentiation efficacy and comparing isolation and expansion protocols. Their use in rabbit models supports translational applications, especially in orthopedic and cartilage repair research.
