Rat Adipose Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Rat Adipose Derived Stem Cells are isolated from subcutaneous adipose tissue of healthy adult rats. These adherent cells display fibroblast-like morphology under standard culture and exhibit surface marker expression consistent with mesenchymal stem cells, including CD90, CD105, and CD29. They possess multilineage differentiation potential, capable of generating adipocytes, osteoblasts, and chondrocytes under defined conditions. These cells also secrete bioactive factors involved in angiogenesis and immune modulation, making them useful for tissue engineering and metabolic disease modeling. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Rat Adipose Derived Stem Cells are widely used in regenerative medicine, particularly for modeling adipogenesis, obesity-related inflammation, and soft tissue repair. They further provide a functional in vitro model for studying adipose–immune cell cross-talk, metabolic signaling, and stem cell–based soft tissue regeneration strategies. Their ability to secrete paracrine signals also supports research into wound healing, immune modulation, and angiogenesis-related disorders.
