The fibroblasts from a healthy donor were reprogrammed by the expression of OCT4, SOX2, KLF4 and MYC gene sequences using retroviral transduction. AcceGen’s HighQC™ RFP iPSC cells were selected by Puromycin after infected with RFP expressing lentiviruses.
