Description

HighQC™ Sprague-Dawley (SD) Rat Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (AD-MSCs) are multipotent stromal cells isolated from the adipose tissue of healthy adult SD rats. These cells exhibit fibroblast-like morphology and strong adherence to plastic surfaces. Under standard culture conditions, SD rat AD-MSCs demonstrate robust proliferative capacity and colony-forming ability. In vitro, they can differentiate into adipocytes, osteoblasts, and chondrocytes. Their immunomodulatory properties and ease of acquisition make them ideal for research in regenerative medicine, inflammation, and disease modeling. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
