Hs 633T is a human sarcoma cell line isolated from a female. The cell line shows good adherence in culture. Sarcoma cells are often associated with chromosomal numerical abnormalities (such as aneuploidy) and structural rearrangements (such as translocations), but specific karyotypic data for Hs 633T are lacking. Currently, there is no relevant data to confirm its tumorigenicity or metastatic ability. This cell line can be used to study sarcoma progression mechanisms, including extracellular matrix remodeling and drug resistance. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
