It exhibits a fibroblast-like morphology and grows as an adherent monolayer under standard culture conditions, reflecting mesenchymal tumor growth characteristics. Hs913T has been included in drug screen panels, enabling evaluation of anticancer agents across diverse tumor types. Fibrosarcoma models including Hs913T may display genomic features relevant to soft tissue sarcoma biology.
