Bone Marrow is obtained from adult Acute Lymphoid Leukemia patients.
Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Newly Diagnosed) are isolated from the bone marrow of adult patients newly diagnosed with acute lymphoid leukemia using density gradient centrifugation following dilution with phosphate-buffered saline. The cell population includes lymphoblasts and monocytes, with limited contamination from granulocytes or erythrocytes. Patient demographics such as age and gender vary, and bone marrow samples are collected under approved ethical guidelines. These cells are suitable for downstream enrichment of CD19+B cells and other hematologic subsets, and are valuable for diagnostic techniques for ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia). Viability is confirmed by trypan blue exclusion. These mononuclear cells provide a representative leukemic microenvironment and are useful in studying clonal heterogeneity. To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

These mononuclear cells are highly ideal for studying leukemia pathogenesis, drug screening, and immunophenotyping. They are widely used in investigating key mechanisms of leukemic proliferation, apoptosis resistance, and clonal evolution, and can effectively support xenograft model development and flow cytometric analysis of specific leukemia markers, and are useful in studying minimal residual disease in leukemic bone marrow and genetic alterations in ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia) mononuclear cells.
