Description

Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) are isolated from the bone marrow of adult patients diagnosed with acute lymphoid leukemia, providing a model of untreated leukemia. The bone marrow samples are diluted with phosphate-buffered saline and processed using density gradient centrifugation to isolate mononuclear cells, which include lymphoblasts, monocytes, and other hematopoietic precursors. Patient details such as age, gender, and leukemia immunophenotype vary depending on donor availability. These primary cells are suitable for studying leukemogenesis, drug screening, immune interactions, and molecular profiling. They can also be further enriched for subpopulations such as CD19+ B cells or T cells. To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Application

  • Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) are ideal for use in leukemic pathogenesis studies, functional immune assays, and drug response profiling. Researchers can perform downstream applications such as flow cytometry, single-cell RNA sequencing, CRISPR editing, cell viability/apoptosis assays, and cytokine secretion analyses. These cells are also valuable for developing targeted therapies and studying mechanisms of resistance and clonal evolution in acute lymphoid leukemia.
