Apply Human Acute Myeloid Leukemia Bone Marrow CD34+ Cells (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) for disease modeling, hematopoiesis, and ex vivo drug evaluation.
Human Acute Myeloid Leukemia CD34+ cells are positively isolated from bone marrow mononuclear cells of adult acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients (typically aged 40–75) using direct CD34 MicroBead-based immunomagnetic separation. These primary cells are enriched for malignant hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, exhibiting blast-like morphology and limited proliferative capacity in vitro. They commonly overexpress myeloid markers such as CD33, CD13, and CD117, and frequently harbor mutations including FLT3-ITD and NPM1, detectable by qPCR or FISH. These cells are ideal for studying leukemogenesis, therapy strategies for AML CD34+ cells, untreated acute myeloid leukemia CD34+, and genetic profiling of CD34+ cells in AML. To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Acute Myeloid Leukemia Bone Marrow CD34+ Cells (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) support studies on leukemic stemness, treatment resistance, and differentiation block. Ideal for drug screening, colony-forming assays, and targeted therapy validation, they provide a critical tool for investigating relapse potential and hematopoietic dysregulation in early-stage AML. Their well-preserved stem-like properties and functional heterogeneity enable comprehensive modeling of disease progression, facilitating the discovery of novel therapeutic strategies and the evaluation of personalized treatment approaches in preclinical settings.
