Description

Human AXL (G626R) BAF3 Cell Line is a stable Ba/F3 cell line expressing the G626R-mutant human AXL gene. This mutation renders the Ba/F3 cells IL-3–independent, supporting their use in modeling oncogenic AXL signaling.
Target
AXL is a member of the TAM receptor tyrosine kinase family and regulates proliferation, survival, and immune evasion. The G626R mutation enhances AXL kinase activity and has been implicated in resistance to targeted therapies.
AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
