The human B2M-FCGRT MDCK Cell Line provides a robust epithelial system for analyzing FcRn-mediated antibody transport and therapeutic half-life.
The Human B2M_FCGRT MDCK Cell Line was established by lentiviral transduction to co-express human B2M and FCGRT genes in MDCK cells. MDCK (Madin-Darby Canine Kidney) cells are commonly used as a model of epithelial transport and tight junction formation. Integration of human B2M and FCGRT facilitates transcytosis assays under polarized culture conditions.
Target
B2M and FCGRT are essential for the function of neonatal Fc receptors. This dual-expression model enhances the evaluation of antibody-FcRn interactions, allowing researchers to study cross-species Fc receptor transport in a canine epithelial background. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
