The B7H3-IgV2 CHOK1 Cell Line supports research on immune checkpoint modulation and enables drug screening for tumor immune evasion mechanisms.
Human B7H3_IgV2 CHOK1 Cell Line is a genetically modified CHOK1 model overexpressing the immunoglobulin V2 domain of human B7-H3 via lentiviral vector integration. Transgene expression is confirmed by qRT-PCR, and cells are cultured under low-passage conditions (<P20). Target B7-H3 (CD276) is an immune checkpoint molecule involved in tumor immune evasion and is overexpressed in various malignancies. The IgV2 domain plays a key role in receptor binding and signal transduction. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
