Description

Human BCR-ABL (E355G) BAF3 Overexpression Cell Line is a lentiviral-engineered Ba/F3 model expressing the BCR-ABL fusion gene containing the E355G mutation. The cell line is confirmed for gene expression by qRT-PCR and cultured under low passage conditions (<P20). Target The E355G mutation in BCR-ABL alters ATP binding, affecting the efficacy of first-line TKIs such as imatinib. This mutation contributes to TKI resistance and disease relapse in CML. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers' research needs.
