The BCR ABL (V468F) BAF3 Cell Line harbors a V468F mutation within the ABL kinase domain, expressed via lentiviral transduction in BAF3 cells. This mutation alters the ATP-binding pocket, contributing to resistance to first-line tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Validation includes qRT-PCR and sequencing.
Target
BCR-ABL V468F mutation enhances oncogenic signaling and is associated with resistance to imatinib. This model enables the evaluation of second- and third-generation TKIs in TKI-resistant CML.
