Human Bladder Cancer-Associated Fibroblasts can be expanded for 6-8 passages under the cell culture conditions specified by AcceGen. However, multiple passages may lead to cell senescence and reduced functionality, so it is advisable to monitor the cells closely for optimal growth and function.
