Natural Killer (NK) cells are lymphocytes of the immune system that are critical in host defense and immune regulation.
Human Blood NK Cells, Negative are the key cytotoxic effector cells of the innate immune system. They mainly originate from hematopoietic stem cells in the bone marrow and develop through the common lymphoid progenitor (CLP) pathway. NK cells are relatively large and contain cytoplasmic granules, thus they are also referred to as large granular lymphocytes. They express classical surface markers such as CD56. Key functions of NK cells include direct cytotoxicity via the release of perforin and granzymes, cytokine secretion (e.g., IFN-γ) to activate macrophages and shape immune responses, ADCC against antibody-coated target cells mediated primarily by CD16, and death receptor–mediated apoptosis through TRAIL and FasL. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Blood NK Cells, Negative are intended for research use only. These cells support studies on NK cell biology, immune regulatory mechanisms. They can be used to investigate signaling pathways, immune responses, and disease-related research models in a controlled laboratory environment. These cells provide a robust in vitro platform for investigating negative nk cell proliferation human, optimizing human blood nk cell culture negative conditions, and analyzing negative modulating factors nk cells in immunological research.
